Happy Wednesday! Hope you had a wonderful long weekend full of family and friends, food and fun. And most importantly, I hope you took some time to recognize and remember the men and women who have worked tirelessly to protect our country day in and day out throughout history and here and now. This weekend Robert and I went on a date to Cork & Fork, an Italian restaurant in Harrisburg that we both love (mentioned in this post). I haven't been eating much bread lately, and the fig pizza (pictured above) was one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten! I hope you had a wonderful three-day weekend. And of course, thanks to all of the men and women who have served in our military. xoCarrie
This PB&J ice cream pie is the perfect picnic treat on a hot day. We enjoyed this on a breezy porch with friends on Monday afternoon. Thank you to all the men and women who serve our country every day!
