local eats

Our downtown area is full of cute shops and restaurants that we are always wanting to try.  We don't get out to eat much but every now and then we treat ourselves to something special.  This past Sunday seemed like the perfect afternoon to check out a little taco place right in the heart of downtown West Chester.

Baco Juice & Taco Bar is a tiny little place wedged between Starbucks and a dry cleaner which could quite easily be missed.  If you go inside, you sit at the bar but we ordered from the window and took our food to go.

Baco offered plenty of options for breakfast and lunch.  Lots of fresh juices and simple meals for even the pickiest of eaters.  Our little opted for a cheese quesadilla, one of her new favorite eats.

We also went with the original Baco juice (carrot, orange and ginger), an original Baco taco (corn, tomato, guacamole, tomato and onion), rice and beans and a pulled pork taco with coleslaw.  We will definitely be back to try more of their selections!
Do you have a favorite local restaurant in your town?
