Lately I've been making pancakes for dinner whenever possible.
Have you tried the seltzer water trick? It makes them nice and light. :)

Several months ago I found the most adorable sweater pattern for Annabel...but I've never knit a sweater. So I signed up for a class at my local knitting shop! I'll keep you posted on my progress. Have a good one!
