feels like home!

Two weeks ago, we signed a whole bunch of papers and made this house our new home!  We had been waiting for that day since about mid-June so we were more than happy to finally get our keys and make this place ours.  We have spent the past 2 weeks unpacking and trying to find a place for everything but more so, enjoying being home. 

 HOME!

 My sweet mom picked up this little letter writing station for us at an antique store near Hershey.  I had seen it a few weeks earlier but passed it up and my mom spruced it up and filled it up and surprised me with it on our moving day!  It has already brought Sommer so much joy as she is learning to love writing letters.

 I don't have many pictures because the house is still a work in progress.  This is our living room with our new to us furniture (thanks to Carrie for passing her stuff along to us!)  I especially love this room early in the morning while the sun is coming up and later in the evening when the house is quiet.  It is the perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee or my evening cup of tea!
