taking the week

Greetings from the beach! We're spending this week in the OBX for our yearly family vacation (well, two of us anyway - miss you Care!) and are looking forward to sitting in the sand and soaking up some sun. Before we got here though, we headed down to Blacksburg for our cousin Brett's wedding. He married the sweetest most beautiful woman and they could not have looked any happier to be spending the rest of their lives together. The wedding was so beautiful - lavender everywhere, twinkle lights, canoes, mountains - all of my favorite things and so many great people. No better way to start a week of vacation.
