Theme Week: Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day!!

I whipped up this recipe for 2 cupcakes this afternoon to surprise my Valentine.  :)  It is quick and very easy - the only thing that didn't work for me was the 10-12 minute cooking time.  It took more like 15-20 minutes for me.
